River Oak Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy with outstanding customer service. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about prescriptions, interactions, and availability of new medications. They spend time understanding a customer's conditions and will work with the doctor to come up with a plan for the patient.

Easy to refill my prescription by phone. The order is mailed to me and arrives within 5 days. When I've been in the area and gone in I've experience no wait time or problems with parking. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. We're lucky to have River Oak Pharmacy in the area.

My pharmacy/ lab sold that lab to new owners and didn’t bother to let me know they were not going to do my scripts anymore, but they waited to tell me on the day my pain meds were due. That was a rough 10 days they referred me to River Oaks lab in Oakdale. The people that work at this pharmacy absolutely bent over backwards to help me get my pain meds within 6 days (2 days being the weekend) and the other lab not sending over my script on time! I want to thank River Oaks for their time and attention to help me solve my problem! I highly recommend this pharmacy! Also I would like to wish them a happy 35 years that they have been in business,and wish them many more good years! Their doing something right,give them a try, their great at what they do!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences since we started using River Oak Pharmacy. The pharmacist has been so helpful with all my questions and working with the doc to get my meds dialed in. Everyone there is so friendly and professional and we are so glad we decided to give them a try ;). We even referred friends there who have now started using them and they live 2 hrs away and have their meds delivered to them. That speaks volumes!!
